Kick'Agility Training
Are you looking for another great way to increase your cardiovascular endurance....are you looking for variety in your workout...are you ready for a fun, energizing, and different kind of aerobics?! Look no further!  Kick'Agility combines cardio kickboxing with heart pumping agility drills based on plyometric training.  Plyometrics works by engaging fast twitch muscle fibers to help you jump higher, kick stronger, run faster, and recover quicker!  Interval training is a great way to get in shape and you will never get bored!  Grab your water bottles, a towel, and come ready for an intense hour of power!
Kardio Kickboxing
Cardiovascular kickboxing is one of  the hottest workout trends in America, and for good reason.  While getting the best cardiovascular workout available, you also learn basic punching and kicking techniques.  Definitely KO's traditional aerobic workouts.  Worried about learning complicated kicks and punches?  Don't be!   Our instructors will teach you all the kicking and punching techniques used in the classes. Bag Training
For those looking to take Kardio Kickboxing to the next level or those just looking to relieve a little stress -- look no further as this is the class for you.  All techniques (punches, upper cuts, hook punches, & kicks) are first taught off the bag to ensure proper technique.  Combinations are introduced in a way which allows both beginner and advanced students to get individualized training at their own pace.  Gloves are required for working on the bag, modifications can be made those preferring a non-contact workout..
 
Power Pump
This 1 1/2 hour class combines the best of both --kardio kickboxing along with strength training and toning using a weighted bar. Get your cardiovascular workout along with strength and toning all in one!
Yoga
Ashtanga Basics: This class will focus on learning the foundation postures of ashtanga yoga, sun salutations, and preparation for more advanced postures. Modifications will be taught to accommodate various levels of skill and flexibility.   

What is Ashtanga Yoga?  Ashtanga yoga consists of postures taught in a form known as “vinyasa”, which links postures in a flow designed to strengthen, align and purify the entire body and mind.  Vinyasa synchronizes the breath to the movement while generating heat within the body.  This heat created during practice helps to burn toxins and purify the body from the inside out.
